We currently ship within Lebanon. Shipping to other countries may be added in the future.

Order Preparation Time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods or holidays, preparation may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by region, typically 2–5 business days within Lebanon.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on the region. Any additional fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Responsibility

Once the order is handed to the shipping company, delivery becomes a shared responsibility with them. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Because of the nature of gel polish and nail products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

Eligible Cases for Return/Exchange

Requests may be considered only if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The wrong product was received

Request Conditions

• Report within 48 hours of receiving the order
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Clear photos must be provided

Resolution Options

After approval:

• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Refund (depending on case and payment method)

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment gateway and bank.

Sale Items

Products purchased during promotions or discounts cannot be returned or exchanged.
